• Service Coordinators, medical providers, hospitals, social service organizations
• Individual community members and local advocacy groups

We serve individuals living in 2,600 residential settings licensed or certified by the Department of Human Service (Office of Developmental Disability Services) or the Oregon Health Authority (Health Services).
